We have a battle of Kryptonians. Superman beat Superboy in Round One, 22-0. Supergirl, who beat Power Girl 6-5 sure hopes to fare better than that.

His game also includes heat vision, super hHaring, Enhanced Vision (x-ray, telescopic, microscopic, electromagnetic), Flight, Invulnerability, super stamina, (needs, however, to eat, drink, and sleep), superhuman reflexes, and super breath (can knock you over or freeze you up). He is the embodiment of "power creep," in that once upon a time, he could lift a car, and eventually could lift a continent. Once he was faster than a speeding bullet, but eventually was faster than light.
