Franchise Four

I got an e-mail asking me to vote for the Mets "Franchise Four". I'm not sure exactly what this is, but I voted for Seaver, Hernandez, Piazza, and Wright.

Some connection with the all-star game this year. I voted for the same four. The other choices, if I recall correctly, were Doc, Darryl, Gary Carter and John Franco.

Given the marketing 'genius' of this franchise, I'm surprised they didn't include Harvey as a choice.

I'd say Forge, Gorgon, Black Cat, and Nova.

Ah! I didn't open the email, feels like the Mets email me like three times a day sometimes.
