Dreamweaver - Help Needed

Who is proficient at Dreamweaver? I'm having trouble figuring out how to upload my files to my remote server. I'm sure I'm just missing one or two basic steps, but I can't figure out which ones :(

Are you trying to use FTP?

Did you try to fly them high through the starry skies, maybe to an astral plane? That would be the logical place to start.

Does it connect, or can you not get that far? I know on my web program, I have to drag and drop the files into the folder on the server from Windows Explorer or My Computer - can't cut and paste for some reason. We need more info.

Here's where I'm lost - I think it's connected, but I don't know how to get the little icon going so that I can connect and disconnect at will. I don't have the information that I need showing up when I need it. I'm going to go back to the lecture and see if I can figure out where I'm going wrong. But it's very frustrating.

OK - I got it to connect. I'm not entirely sure how I did it. But I consider it a show of faith that I'm on my way to figuring it out.
