There's a 1990s card design that came out of a box of Rice Krispies circa 1978.

Later Four players seem to always come up when I do these threads. I'd bet I've never done one of these card threads without at least one and probably two of these four players coming up. The four players are Hawkins, Octavio Dotel, Todd Zeile and Ty Wigginton. All four are in this thread.

That Reyes card is supposed to look like that, I think. In the early '70s, if Topps wanted to portray a player on his current team in the same season that he was traded, isn't that what the resulting card might look like?
