Mets Postseason Trivia Quiz (For and against)

Benjamin Grimm
Oct 03 2015 12:49 PM

There are ten players who have played both for and against the Mets in postseason games. Name as many as you can.

I was trying to think of players who might be added to the list this year. I may very well be overlooking someone, but the only one I can think of is Carlos Beltran, if we end up with another Subway Series.

No to Foster, Gooden, Strawberry, and Claudell Washington.

We now have eight of the ten:

[list]Nolan Ryan
Felix Millan
George Stone
Jesse Orosco
Danny Heep
David Cone
Orel Hershiser
Shawon Dunston
Tom Glavine[/list:u]

EDIT: I missed Shawon Dunston. We have nine of the ten.

Mike Scott. He was the Mets worst nightmare during the 1986 NLCS.

Didn't play for Mets in postseason, though.

Oh yeah. I saw Nolan Ryan under the correct answers and my mind instantly screamed "Mike Freakin' Scott". I forgot to factor in how abysmal the Mets were during his years at Shea.

Didn't realize it until last night, but you have overlooked Oliver Perez as a potential addition to this list.

I didn't realize that Oliver Perez was with Houston. I thought he was still a Diamondback.
