I would like to see him pitch into the 8th, but he's due to bat in the top of the inning, so I voted 7th because I think we'll see Johnson or Lagares hit for him.

If he gets up in a bunting situation I'd leave him in and let him at least start the 8th (until he gives up a runner anyway).

I'm more comfortable that he's coming out since the lead is three. I wonder if Terry would've left him in if it was a one run lead.
