While we were in Bermuda on Sunday, D-Dad had a mishap with a motor scooter. The results are in - In addition to some scrapes and road rash, he has nondisplaced fractures in his right elbow and left pinkie finger. The good news is that he doesn't need to be in a cast and he can still drive and basically function normally.

I've been on the physically unable to perform list since saturday with mysterious (and rare, for me) lower back pain, either the result of a virus that decided to attack there or maybe a delayed result of bouncing on a "fitness trampoline" Lunchapail received as a xmas gift from his uncle. Either way, it sucks bhmc.
