Deli sliced oven roasted chicken breast, Swiss (made with 2% lowfat milk), lite mayo, mustard, roasted red pepper strips on whole wheat bread. Side of Sun Chips.

I just had a tuna on rye toast with chipoltle mayo and lettuce since my left- over Chinese was technically my breakfast and I got hungry again.
