Ms. G, the official Massachusetts groundhog, saw her shadow. I think she just wanted to soak up a few rays before it gets gloomy again.

Yes - we've visited Punxsutawney 3-4 times over the years, while driving further west. It's an adorable little town :) That's actually a Beanie Baby. Beanie Buddies are larger versions of Beanie Babies. But yes, it's a cute little groundhog.
