Where can I get a nice cheap (preferably free) domain name to have my own website? And what are the rules on posting pictures? For example, I'd like to take the "Pretty" thread and put the pictures I posted in there onto a website. What are the legal issues, since obviously those images do not belong to me?

Can't you get this through Yahoo?
