Well IIRC the "douchebag" thread was originally dedicated to neighbors and douchebags operating the same concentric point in the Venn diagram of life. And boy, here's a doozy. This "person" lives six doors down from me, in a home that looks from outward appearances to be that of a hoarder. In a neighborhood where most homes are well kept and maintained, theirs is strewn with litter, broken furniture and a busted-ass above ground pool in the back visible from the street. And, a big nasty perv-o in the basement.
