OoTS

It's tough to get rid of gnats. Washington 5, Minnesota 5 in our nation's capital in the top of the 16th.

...and, just a few minutes later, Chris Heisey homers to end it. Nats 6, Twins 5. And your winning pitcher is none other than Oliver Perez (and it looks like the details are in today's IGT).

Hope the shine wears off in the coming months, but The Gnats do
feel like the East's Golden Boyz thus far this season.

Phils/Nats 0-0 in the 8th. Phils in a jam. Runners on the corners, two out. Anthony Rendon, whose rookie cards I have been pulling, at the plate.
Ewwww, ump squeezes the Philly pitcher. Full count..... here's the pitch....

Walks him! Gah. Bryce Harper with the bases full of red worms.

Re: OoTS

PapLOLban gives up 9th-inning doubles to help blow it. Doesn't get any better than that.

And I thought that drive past Harper was catchable, and I think so did Paps.

wow, sure did. And Harper had a shitty game of his own, leaving a ton of guys on base. If you didn't know better...

Re: OoTS

Yeah, a bit of a 'WTF' face on Papelbon when that ball fell.
