Noah Syndergaard is your National League Player of the Week. Per Rubin...

Syndergaard struck out 21 and did not walk a batter in outings against the Washington Nationals and Milwaukee Brewers. He became the fourth pitcher in major league history to allow no earned runs or walks in consecutive starts while recording double-digit strikeouts in each outing. The others: Nolan Ryan (1987), Jose Fernandez (2014) and Clayton Kershaw (2015).

Re: A Good Week to Have Been Thor

wow.

In 2013 it was Harvey, deGrom, & Wheeler in order of how good I thought they'd be. Then it shifted to deGrom, Harvey, Thor, Matz.
Now it looks to be Thor, deGrom, Matz, Wheeler, & Harvey.

Colon, of course, stands alone.
