Carlos Santana hits a game-winning homer off of Darwin Barney in the 19th inning, Trevor Bauer goes five extra innings for the win, and the Indians take their 14th in a row. That's just ALL crazy.

One of the position players who pitched in that game, Ryan Goins for Toronto (who induced a bases-loaded GiDP to keep the game going), has been DL'd for "forearm tightness". Blue Jays won today, breaking Cleveland's 14 game winning streak - the longest, I believe, since the 20-game streak by the 'Moneyball' A's of 2002

Junior Guerra (does that translate into 'Little War'?) and the Brewers shutout the Nats & Max Scherzer 1-0 on 3 hits to kick off the fireworks today - so that's like found money. Martin Maldonato's 5th inning HR accounted for the lone run. Guerra is a converted catcher making just his 12th ML start at the age of 31. Start #8 was against us earlier in the year which the Mets won although only 2-1
