The SHaMs (Second HAlf Mets) have 74 games left. How many of them do they win? Too many options for a poll so write in if you want to choose 35 wins or 38 wins While we're at it, predict your SHaMVP:

I'll be optimistic and guess that Syndergaard and Céspedes are OK. I see a lot of games with weak teams like the Phillies, Marlins, Padres, and Yankees on the SHaMS schedule. So I'll go with 43. D'Arnaud stays in the lineup and silences the doubters.

28-25, .528, with 21 to go. So, on pace for 39, though with the improved lineup and weak schedule, somewhere around 41 looks more likely. Surprisingly enough, nobody picked Reyes or Kelly Johnson as SHaM MVP candidates. No, wait a second. LWFS nailed it.
