No banking, no mail (Fed Ex and UPS are working) and the stock market will be open. Last day of a four-weekend for me. It's going to be a beautiful fall day to do fall yard and garden clean up. First frost may hit early Tuesday morning.

I'm off tomorrow, but it has nothing to do with Columbus Day. My partners and I have recently started easing into what I call, semi-retirement. We have cut back so that we work 30 hours a week and no weekend hours. Alternate having either Monday or Friday off each week.

D-Dad and our older son are working. MK has classes. OTOH, I'll be running the Tufts Women's 10K in Boston on Monday afternoon.

Off as fuck. Wife took the day, kids of course have no school. We'll be putting out Halloween decorations and riding our bikes, and perhaps picking apples as well.

I was off, a beautiful day, hot the gym early then the park with Lorcan
