Spring Training Schedule 2017

An extra week of spring training because of the WBC! Hooray? I'm guessing that they'll add games on the 31st and the 1st somewhere outside of Florida. Don't forget that WAS and HOU are now in Palm Beach. No night games.

Do Cubans that have defected play for Cuba in the WBC? I wonder if we will have a Yoenis WBC controversy in the spring. Assuming Yoenis comes back of course. If any of our starting pitchers even thinks about participating in the WBC I will protest outside of Tradition Field.

I imagine that Noah will be part of Team USA and he made the initial list: http://nypost.com/2016/11/01/mike-trout ... -wbc-spot/ Maybe David Wright will be a coach in his "Captain America" capacity. The Mets don't have any games against the WBC teams as others in Florida do. Ty Kelly is eligible for Team Israel but Korea is a long commute, especially for a guy hoping to make the majors.

I've read that his mother is Jewish. And a Ty goes to the Jew... or something like that.
