This is the final poll of the second round, and also the final poll that will be posted until after the New Year. The Tabloid Cover Derby will return in early January with the third round, in which our field will be reduced from sixteen covers to eight.

And I have a feeling that this particular poll is going to end up rather lopsided. Arguably the best moment of the season up against the worst.

The Postseason logo in the Familia entry is a nice reminder of how far the Mets got, at least. The Daily News shoving its N.Y.'s #1 claim in the midst of all that is busy/bizarre. Didn't actually need either of them.

No more clear-cut decision than this one.

It's early yet, but this may turn out to be our first unanimous poll.

The level of analysis that Benjamin Grimm and the CPF voters bring to this "derby" is wonderful.

And we do, in fact, have our first unanimous decision. The last remaining Jeurys Familia cover is out of the competition, as Newsday's 11th HEAVEN moves to the third round. It's one of five Newsday covers still in the game.
