Looking Good

In the last 4 weeks, I've had surgery on both eyes. My lenses were replaced with manmade ones. The doctor says things are looking good (no pun intended), with a follow-up scheduled for mid February.
After that, I should (knock wood) be able to see 20-20 for distance and only need reading glasses for close work.
I've worn glasses for over 60 years and even with glasses, my vision has never been fully correctable to 20-20. I hope to be looking at a whole new world.

I'm glad, though not the least bit surprised, that all went well with your procedures MFS62. Cataract surgery is the most common surgical procedure in the US. It is an exceptionally safe and effective procedure, as 62 can attest.
