Interesting that there's no co-author listed. He had two previous books were co-written with Mike Bryan, and one that was co-written with Matt Silverman that I figured was just Matt with Keith lending his name.

Matt told me his book was a series of phone conversations with KH, and painstaking transcriptions. It of course wasn't supposed to chronicle what became the worst Eve Of Destruction in Mets history, not that much of it was foreseeable by a broadcaster. I'll read IKH, like crazy.

It's a book I buy nearly every time I see it at a thrift store or used book shop.
