First batch of those told to redirect their talents to the minor league portion of Port St. Lucie: P.J. Conlon, Kevin McGowan, David Roseboom, Corey Taylor, Logan Taylor, Phillip Evans, Luis Guillorme, Dom Smith and Champ Stuart.

Wilk may have been the biggest threat to Jim Aker's record. (Most games into a season before a new Met debuts, 60 games, 1974).

He's still probably a pretty good threat to be the next debutante. I'd put Rowen first, followed by Gorzelanny, Sewald, Wilk, Trajeiron, Carillo, and Becerra.

Tim Tebow goes two for three and makes a nice overhead catch of a liner in deep RF ... then gets cut from major league camp. Clearly the inability of some folks to handle his religious beliefs are at the root of all this.

It might only be for the period that they're minus Familia but that gives him a couple of weeks maybe and you never know what'll happen in that time.
