I was positive I was entering my name and password correctly but it took about seven tries

For me it's almost always CAPS LOCK. I'll manually type out an IGT lineup or hit the CAPS LOCK button by accident and then 2 hours later forget it's on until I try and log on somewhere 1-2 times and then I'm like, oh..

I was on my Iphone, but since I hate it, it may have just been getting back at me. It seems ok now :D
