Questions: Is this game being played in slow motion? Why do we care if Hoskins gets his first major league hit? SNY is covering this like he's a Met. Not that it really matters but if the Walker deal was decided upon at around 6 PM last night, why isn't McGowan with the team by now?

Twelve of the 15 games played yesterday were over three hours, eight of them came in north of 3:10, so what was once a rarity is now the norm.

Young Dom does have a nice ability to get bat on ball. He's making square contact nearly each time even if it's not always the hardest contact.

I liked that hit by Cabrera. Rips a foul down the left-field line. Rips a foul down the right-field line. Then he drives one off the pitcher.
