What is this thing?

I'm sick of this already. Whenever I'm logged in here, about every other day, this module thing pops up on the bottom of my screen. I type fast when I write posts, so fast that I have no idea what I'm typing to make this thing pop up. But I can't make it go away once it pops up. Nothing there that's clickable makes it go away. I have to shut down the CPF page and the browser tab, and open up a new CPF page in a new tab. This only happens on the CPF.

Looks like the weird thing that pops up when I hit F12 by mistake, but it's not quite that. I don't know.

I think that's a panel that opens up when trying to debug web code in a browser. My guess is that the browser you're using is reacting to some keystroke that you may be inadvertently typing. I have no idea why it would only happen in the CPF, however.

Yeah, that. It always wigs me out just for a second because the F12 is right above "backspace" and sometimes my finger goes too high and I'm like AAAAAAAAAA WHAT DID I DO

I mean, i'm a developer/web I practically live in that section, but that doesn't look like Chrome's.
