Miguel Cabrera (Det) - 7 games
(P) Alex Wilson - 4 games
Mgr. Brad Ausmus - 1 game

Gary Sanchez (MFY) - 4 games
Austin Romine - 2 games

Cabrera for starting things; Wilson and Ausmus for Wilson hitting Todd Frazier after all were warned;
Romine for returning Cabrera's fists; Sanchez for throwing various punches around the perimeter.

Nothing for Betances?!?

Re: Brawl-spensions

The only other MFY catcher on their 40 man roster is on the DL.
And we don't care.

Suspension seem excessive for a wussy baseball get together.

Betances andCabrera deserved the harshest suspensions/fines in my opinion. Somehow, Betances escapes without any penalty? Wow! Somehow, I expect the Yankees will claim they were penalized too harshly.

Re: Brawl-spensions

Its a long standing MFY tradition. Billy Martin would have been so proud.
But Billy's teams brawled in bars and night clubs (e.g. - the Oyster Bar in Grand Central Station and the Copacabana) and the current team sets a great example for the kiddies by doing it on the field.

Re: Brawl-spensions

So the Yanx are at home this week and the MLB offices are still in NYC (last time I checked anyway) yet these appeals don't seem like they're going to get heard anytime soon.
Do the Yanx get to not only argue the length of these deals but the timing of them as well by not having these appeals heard until after the Boston series (four games in YSIII starting Thursday) and
the rosters expand next week?
