So, I'm still thinking of that game last week when the moved Travis d'Arnaud around the infield to keep the ball away from him. Have you ever seen that before?

I mean, there's the famous game of Rusty swapping with Clint Hurdle, and then there's the Orosco/McDowell game, but these are cases of late (or extra) innings of a tight game where a manager has been forced to use a DH or pitcher on defense for two innings. I don't know if led to deep shame on the part of d'Arnaud, but I think a manager trying to hide a guy the whole game is unprecedented.

I don't usually like Collins' moves but I applaud this one for thinking outside the box
