Fuckin' A. I saw the Clash and got excited about another great band joining in and then I saw who you were challenging. I might actually end up voting against my own sponsorees, but I'll do my best.

Voting against your sponsorees when challenged will naturally occur, but it's rarre that anybody goes sweepingly so, because you're likely to put songs you like out there in what you view as favorable matchups. Cross The Clash off of bands I was reaching for. Punk v. Funk. I'd've laid off of Combat Rock a little more (though definitely would've gone for "Straight to Hell." Others I was thinking of: "Radio Clash," "Hitsville, UK," "The Callup," and "The Magnificent Seven," though I guess putting funky Clash up against Prince and the Revolution plays into the hands of Prince's stengths.

As much as I like the Clash I actually only own London Calling, so I could never sponsor them myself. "Straight to Hell" is an awesome song. The Pogues fans were really getting into it when it was played prior to the Pogues arrival on stage.
