Lugo pulled after four innings, because ?? They've had him on a 75-ish pitch count limit lately (no point in pushing it so late in the year I guess) and he was already up close to 80 (74 actually) even though only 4 IP And he was leading off the next inning so they PH Lugo: "That fuckface, Terry.
