My wife is a huge Christie fan, so we went to see this on opening night. I liked it. Certainly is beautifully photographed. Stays pretty faithful to the source, though there are some action-like scenes thrown in there. I know there's has been some criticism that Poirot's mustaches is too over the top, and it does get a little distracting.

I enjoyed it. I had read the book, so I knew the killer, but it'd been a long time and, like any train trip, the best part is the journey.
