Perhaps Noah should have had that MRI after all.

Staying positive with "Full Steam," but the "blunder" pun is a good one.

The deGrom photo could be from any game. "God Of Blunder" is clever and, combined with the photo, captures a decisive moment in a horrible season.

I usually would vote for the good news cover over the bad news cover, but I'm swayed by JCL's argument the other day that a bad news cover is more representative of the 2017 season. Also, FULL SPEED AHEAD is just a spring training cover, so it carries less weight. I voted BLUNDER.

Ugh, I really have no desire to be reminded of the fall of Thor and have that in my face next time I visit headquarters. But yet, it was something that happened, so I'll have to think about it.
Okay, times up. How dare they accuse Noah of blundering! Okay, he did, but keep that in small print and off the back page.

This was the last game I covered at MFC. That sucks too.
Ray Ramirez is gone, right?

I keep getting Ray Ramirez and Ray Romano mixed up. Yes, he's gone, Zvon

I voted for Blunder even though I don't like the negativity, I really don't like that pic of DeGrom

The picture is perfect. The expression on all their faces. Look at Warthen! He's like WTF?

This is one of two polls that are currently tied. Only twelve votes in so far, so hopefully the remaining voters will tip the balance one way or the other.

GOD OF BLUNDER has defeated FULL SPEED AHEAD and thus completes our Final Four for 2017. GOD OF BLUNDER has made history of sorts, as the first bad-news cover to ever advance this far.

I think I’m on board with “blunder” too.

The whole “cover that best represents the season” is an angle I hadn’t thought of.

2017 was painful. No joy. A joyful cover really doesn’t tell the story.

I agree. I'm committed to voting for GOD OF BLUNDER for as long as it's in this competition.

The people who staged the introductory press conference this year selected GOD OF BLUNDER as one of the three representative covers (one from each publication) for the 2017 season:
