Yeah, but fortunately it's just an anomaly because Thursday was the Nationals home opener. There are no more vacant Fridays remaining on the schedule.

They seem to have taken the precip out of the DC forecast for Saturday afternoon. Showers ending around 7 AM Saturday. Cloudy & 41 at game time w/not much wind. Hardly ideal, but not as bad as earlier projections. Sunday won't be much warmer, but at least the sun will be out. Oh wait, no it won't ... it's an April night game?!!?!

Interesting booth tidbit earlier; Mets set a record over the first 6 games with the most strikeouts ever to start a season. (forgive me, I forget the number but it was a high number)

I'm so good at starting IGTs! Napped through innings 1-5 and watched/listened to the rest at the house and while driving about. Nice work all around today. Enjoyable game. I like the Sunday night games, also, I won't miss the first half like I often do on Sundays.

I started viewing the game during the 6th inning. I watched it from the start but it was impossible to not hear that they won before I got anywhere near the 9th. Lots of good stuff in this game. Answering right back twice! Matz looked better. Rendon tossed for no reason. Nats manager right after him. Robles gives up a bomb, yet gets the win. Fammy was flawless. We are looking good.
