Do they still do "revised" yearbooks?

I usually pick up a yearbook the first time each year that I go to a game, but this year I don't want to do that because whatever they have on the shelves now would have Harvey and not Mesoraco. That is not really going to be indicative of the 2018 season.

I know that they made revised editions later in the season years ago. I do not know if that is currently the practice, Is it, and if it is when do these usually come out?

I haven't heard the phrase "revised yearbook" in a contemporary context in ages. My guess is Devin Mesoraco could be building an MVP case, and if you go to Citi Field in September, you'd still be finding for sale a yearbook featuring Matt Harvey's grimace.

Maybe they'll consider a revised edition after the Mets trade for Bryce Harper in July.

Except for Citi's inaugural yearbook I've stop buying (or being interested in)
yearbooks. I sometimes wonder how far we are away from downloading the
yearbook app as everyone seemingly can't stop staring at their phones.

I bought this year's because I buy every year's (plus it would have been weird not to have procured it considering the case of yearbook fever I've contracted from our tournament). There was nothing in the 2018 edition that, if I was deprived of it, would make me a less knowledgeable or enthusiastic Mets fan, but I would miss knowing I have it.

Page 232 memorializes Ed Charles with same graphic they posted on Twitter when he died. I'm guessing they dropped a house ad to accommodate it.

I like having them to thumb through years later. Especially the "prospects" section to see who made it and who didn't.
