The '74 will always offically have a place in my heart but went with '66.

The banner the fans brought out versus the banner the team put up. Both are handsome, both are meaningful, one is particularly creative. That means 1966, again.

It's interesting that Mullin got the Mets script right on his earlier covers, but not on his later ones. It's correct here in 1966 as well as in 1964, but it's wrong in 1967 and 1968.

As long as we're dissecting logos, what's with the orange loops inside the "e" and the "s" on the 1973 championship flag?
