Been wanting to spin up a beer blog since BeerGraphs is no longer (thanks Athletic) and I don't have the time to write long form for October (nor am I sure I want to)

Can I contribute to your blog? I like beer and I've been looking for an outlet to try writing some forward facing words on any topic. As for a name I would go with "Drink It, Ya Sally."

yes. drinkityasally.com is available. but it seems like a mouthful to me. Is this some music reference I'm not getting? Uncle Malty's Brew Review -I hope Uncle Malty doesn't spar with Auntie Hopper. Ceet's Suds 'n' Pubs - pubs is too british perhaps. Got Hops? - played out meme at this point. Wort? Wort? I Cask Hear You! - lol. I like this as a segment maybe.

Okay, head I understand, but mouthfeel is too uppity a concept for me to grasp. Beer is about taste. I may not be very good at describing a beer, but I can tell you if I like it or not.

I pretty much live at the Mills campus in town when I'm not working. There are 4 microbreweries, a bottle shop, and a 3 restaurants (one with 15 craft brews on tap). The place is in it's infancy and will be growing exponentially as other businesses are waiting to move in and open as soon as renovations to the historic site are completed. The complex is less than 2 miles from my house, so I drink far more high calorie craft beers than I should. I am too lazy (and unimaginative) to write about them beyond godd, very good, great, or disappointing. I do, however, enjoy reading your thoughts on the beverages that you are crafting and consuming.
