The Rays are projecting for the park to open in 2023, no? While this season is lost and I'm not optimistic about 2019, I can't say I'm hopeless about this team for that long. Even teams that have good years miss out on the NLCS, so if you are asking about a zero-sum prediction, the Rays stadium looks to be more of a certainty to be completed within a specific time frame. But, it is definitely possible that the Mets make an NLCS appearance between now and 2022.

Actually the poll choice should have read; 'The Rays get the stadium replacing the stadium they're thinking about building now built.'
