Discussion of Jonathan Cain's bio had me thinking about his pre-Journey band, The Babys. They were a fave when I was at the age where I could start going to Sam Goody in the Sunrise Mall and buy 45s with my allowance. "Back on my Feet Again" was one I bought and played the heck out of on my little stereo. Power chords and pop and a little punch. They band was first on my radar after member Mike Corby was mistaken for Paul Stanley and one of the New York tabs thought it had shots of a Kiss member sans face paint. Cain actually replaced Corby. Band member John Waite went on to better things as a solo artist. The Babys turned out some good singles. Which do you like?
