You got the pitcher up with one out and a runner on third, how do you never throw him a curve? Even after you have him 0-2?

Things zipping right along here - as they have for the first two games of the series [2:22 and 2:56 for 11 innings] Helps that neither team can hit; 13 runs in total so far through 26-1/3 innings played.
