We do this for players, why not potential GM's? Theo Epstein acolyte. Ran the Sawx for four seasons. Won a WS in 2013 but finished last the rest of the time. Drafted/developed a good crop of young players but whiffed on the Sandoval and Hanley Ramirez signings.
