I'm Throwing Away My Trevor Cooney Jersey

Ever since I bought that thing Syracuse has played like crap. 0 and 3 in games I've gone to. Plus every time I wore it to my son's games he would play like crap and the team would lose. That thing is bad luck. Not to mention it's like the fat middle-aged Syracuse fan uniform. I'm going to order something else from Manny's online. They looked like garbage yesterday. I know Boeheim can coach a defensive scheme (even if they haven't gelled quite yet), but he has no clue how to set up an offense. Relies too much on a playmaker to go 1 on 1. When he doesn't have one, the offense looks like they're playing with each other for the first time.

Last night was frustrating but I'm not sure how to defend against the other team making 25-footers at will. They need Howard back to run the point. I think Carey will be good, but he's not ready. He was totally unprepared for the defensive intensity UConn brought out of the gate. And they need to shoot better from 3. Christ almighty.

Big win against Ohio State on the road last night. This team is puzzling. Every time I've watched them they've looked like crap. I figured they had no chance last night. Of course, I was at a client event and forgot about it until I checked the score much later and was pleasantly surprised to see they had won. Maybe it's not the jersey. Maybe it's me.
