Not five different ones I don't think, but more than one. Matz obviously better in this game than the last one but, even with just one run allowed thru 4, he's still up near 80 pitches, normally you'd like to see that get him through 5-1/3 And now is going back out there following a very quick bottom 4th

Quinn K's on 3 pitches in his first AB of the game, and is heard to remark in the dugout afterward that he'd not seen nuthin' like that. I guess those pitches just weren't his cup of meat.

It's got to be as neat a little winning package the Mets have tied up this year. Opening Day and the game two in Atlanta are the only other candidates I can think of.

what I liked most about Harper getting thrown out is that Arrieta then bawls him out over it. I do think that he (Harper) then reacted to that well by issuing a mea culpea in the clubhouse after but it did amuse me to have them already giving out to each other 3 weeks into the love affair.

I understand the affiliate in Port St. Lucie still carries weekend games, but that's the extent of the network.

It's sort of a relic though with the way the whole MLB app works though isn't it. I mean technically they were probably supposed to do blackouts to cover it all and so on. I'd be interested to see the spread of audio streams vs radio listnership now.
