I always heard it as 'Paper Bag' without reading the lyrics. What I'm not sure of, however, was whether he was drinking out of that paper bag or if that was the one with the chocolate cake in it.

I like Font as the 2-to-3-inning opener, but only as that. I like what Gagnon's doing, but nothing about it suggests that he could regularly outfox good hitters for 3 rounds. I think Font and Gagnon as a package deal, however-- with both regularly available as longmen besides-- may be a winning ticket.

Well, he's plowed mercilessly through International League batters in between his MLB callups. You've got to give him an increasing opportunity (if only gradual) to show if it's real.

My first real attempt to learn how to play the guitar came when I was a freshman at college, my dormmate down the hall gave me a 500 page "fakebook" of Beatles music that had every song with sheet music and also pictures of the chords and how to play them. That book had it as "paper bag."
