We spent our Mothers Day in DC, watching the Nats lose to the Dodgers on TV. Oh, and watching Lefty Jr. get awarded his Masters in US Foreign Policy and National Security from AU. Mom was very proud. Now he just needs a job.

Congrats to Jr. Sounds impressive, what does one do with that degree? Go work for the government or do companies also have staff that monitor and advise on things?

Lefty Jr has always said he wants to work for the CIA so he doesn't have to tell his Mom what he's doing. He's got some connections at think tanks and is angling for a job at one of them. Government isn't hiring right now and he's not sure having the big red T on his resume is the best thing in the long run anyway. He could probably have a job at the American Enterprise Institute tomorrow but he's morally opposed. They're hiring like crazy.
