Yes, it was too much to ask for. Wheeler doesn't want to be traded and won't be with results like this, although it started with a pop-up that Brodie's 2B waved at.

Jay Bruce has 4 HRs in 7 games AGAINST the Mets. Robinson Cano has 4 HR's FOR the Mets all season. They were in the same trade. That's a chair-throwing stat.

What an embarrassing afternoon in every respect, including BVW's continued refusal to talk to the press (he has presser scheduled for Friday). Brodie couldn't stop talking before the season and was omnipresent in spring training but now he's quiet. What a jackass.
