That CS knocks Rosie down to 10/14 or 71%, right around his (brief) career average. Not horrible, but not great either.

It's just part of our continuing effort to require the opposing pitcher to retire as few batters as possible and still get through his innings.

There's gotta be a stat for that, outs given up on the bases: CS, GiDPs, runners caught trying to advance.

I'm sure we'd be among the league leaders in that, although I suspect fans of most teams believe they are too.

So far a lot like last night's game.

Mets get two early runs then do bupkis.

Marlins have all of five hits but three came in a row with an error thrown in the middle of them just for good measure.

And now Cano makes all that above writing meaningless just as I finished typing it.
