Pretty eventful night with the St. Lucie Mets.

Near the start of what was very good fireworks show, we could see a small fire break out in the launch zone in the area beyond left field. And as the show progressed, the fire got bigger and bigger. Before long, there was a full-blown inferno out there. I think it was just a wooded area near the practice fields.

Otherwise, First Data Field is undergoing significant renovations. Seating in limited to stands on the right field side of the stadium, with concessions all moved to the right field area. The team store is limited to a small trailer in the parking lot.

They did have ice cream served in home run apple bowls, which was really cool. I don't know if that's something they have at Citi.
