Not happening. Baseball in Florida is just not a draw. Never has been (except for Spring Training).

Baseball's not in trouble and arguably they should just make all the minor leagues they want to cut major leagues. super expansion. But no, this isn't a serious expansion, this is a "Michael Bloomberg wants to be president" Look at me I'm rich thing. It's so stupid and bland that it's barely worth talking about the specifics of this guy/team/location.
