Loose-lips Rudy blurts this when asked if he thinks his buddy Trump will throw him under any nearby, convenient, large vehicle:

Nah, I think Rudy has no understanding about how jokes work. And Rudy, most of all, should know that Trump is loyal only to Trump. ... but, could Rudy have those pee tapes?
