Today is the second day that we've doubled up, with two new threads on the same day. This is probably the last time this will happen. The plan is, from here forward, to do one new poll each morning. (The exception is in the semi-final round, when both polls are traditionally kicked off on the same day. But I'm sure you already knew that!)

SEAVER STEPS AWAY is not only reportorial and dignified, the photo is from Spring Training for a story that broke during Spring Training. Coincidental, I imagine, but it adds to the poignancy. By contrast, the Post characteristically presents emotionally manipulative crap.
