You can now listen to the FAN live here:

But, I'm not exactly sure if that's a good thing.

Neat, thanks!

As pointed out in another thread, you will NOT get Met games via that link.

You'll also find the link blacked out at other times: during their coverage of Net basketball games, NJDevils hockey, plus various national games that they cover like weekly NFL games (Monday/Sunday nights) or Bowl games, NBA playoffs, etc.

Ah...then not neat.

I can pick them up on the radio until it gets hot out, I'm okay.

I splurged the 15 bucks or whatever it is for MLB Audio.

You've just listed all the things worth listening to on WFAN. Why is this available online again?

Exhibit A of why the newly available internet link for the mid-day hours will be referred to as 'Screaming On-line'

Steve Somers is on now, I love him, he's got a great sarcastic humor.

What kind of person thinks "How are you today?" is a clever signature line?

However, if you do want Mets games from out of town, you can listen to Fox radio from the capital region on WOFX 980. The direct link is on this all-encompassingly handy site:

Same kind of egotistical schmuck-and-a-half who thinks that when I tune into a sportstalk show I really want to hear him and his tubby buddy wax not-so-eloquent about great movies they've seen for half an hour at a clip? HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA.

Now THERE's a sig line. If he'd open the show with that loopy artificial laugh of his, at least that would be a novelty.

I'm eating this shit up! I've heard a few minutes here and there the couple of times I've been to NY, but it's hilarious to sit and listen to. I was all set for my first Mike & Mad Dog show, but it's not on the program guide for today.

How much longer before it's not fun or funny and I have liquid, visceral, bubbling hate for everyone involved?

Wait for the Mets first losing streak.

Mets/Braves Monday night is the ESPN game for all those not in SNY territory

Does that mean there's a blackout for MLB.TV viewers?

I don't know if one has any effect on the other.
It's just that those w/TVs but not SNY should be able to catch Monday's game.
