The Rule V Draft is tomorrow but the Mets have every slot on the 40-Man Roster filled so they can't pick up anyone. Remember that Jacob "The Hit Man" Rhame is on the 40-Man Roster.

They can pick up somebody, they just have to make a move to clear a roster spot if and when they do.

Tracksuit tweeting the Mets have contacted the Astros about SS Carlos Correa Some thought Mets would keep Rosario at SS and Correa would play another position Correa has not turned into the mega star many thought he would, but he's dang good and I'd love to have him. I am speculating Andres Gimenez might be the chip to ship out here

And that's pretty cool, seeing as they seemed prepared to lose Patrick Mazeika and Shervyn Newton. Looks like they protected the right guys. And the Yankees got pickpocketed on the first pick.
